Key changes: minimum capital raised to ¥30,000,000; company must employ at least 1 full-time employee holding a Table 2 status (Japanese national, permanent resident, etc.) — work visa holders no longer qualify; either the manager or the qualifying employee must have sufficient Japanese language ability.
